At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund
unanimously approved the final text \/ version of the Pre-Subscription Agreement on the recapitalisation of Banks, which will be signed between the European Financial Stability Fund, the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund and the credit institutions. The text of the Pre-Subscription Agreement will be forwarded tomorrow Wednesday 23 May 2012 to the Banks.<\/p>\n
