The replacement takes place in the context of further strengthening the cooperation and the direct communication with the banks\u2019 management, as well as an even more effective management of issues within the competence of the HFSF, in accordance with the current regulatory framework.<\/p>\n<p>The above designated persons will not receive any additional remuneration from the<br \/>HFSF or the banks for their participation on the Boards and Committees of the<br \/>Banks.
