The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) announces that, after the completion of the procedure of the appointment by the Ministry of Finance of the two new NonExecutive members of the General Council, Messer\u2019s. John Zafiriou and Stephan Wilcke, executives with extensive experience in the banking sector, are the two new Non-Executive members of General Council of the Fund. The new members\u2019 mandate is valid from 9 September 2013 until June 30, 2017.<\/p>\n

Mr. John Zafiriou<\/b> is Managing Director, Global Head and founding partner of Credit
Suisse Solution Partners. His offering covers customized solutions from across the
investment banking division such as Capital Markets (Fixed Income and Equities,
Commodities, Interest Rate swaps, Real Estate), Wealth Structuring, Syndication,
Investments and sell-side M&A.<\/p>\n

Mr. Stephan Wilcke<\/b> currently serves as Executive Chairman of OneSavings Bank
plc, as a Commissioner (non-Executive) of the Jersey Financial Services
Commission, and as Chief Investment Officer (non-Executive) at EMF Capital
Partners Ltd. He was previously CEO of the UK Government virtual bad bank (Asset
Protection Scheme) and a partner at both private equity firm Apax and consultancy
Oliver Wyman.<\/p>\n
