The conclusion of the second round of<br \/>the recapitalization is an important milestone for the transformation of the Greek<br \/>banks that have raised a total of \u20ac8.3 billion equity capital from the private sector<br \/>exceeding the capital needs as assessed by the Bank of Greece. The inflow of these<br \/>significant funds broadens the investor base of the banking system and ensures its<br \/>stability whilst preserving HFSF\u2019s remaining capital of \u20ac11.5 billion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lazard Fr\u00e8res S.A.S acted as the Fund\u2019s financial advisor. \u03a4he Fund received valuation<br \/>reports regarding NBG from each of J.P.
