Ms A. Skakellariou was an officer of Hellenic Postbank and a member of the credit committee during 2012. The committee handled the restructuring of two loans of DEMCO group that had been granted prior to her appointment and which are subject to criminal investigation. The investigation has extended to the subsequent restructurings that were approved by the committees in which Ms Sakellariou participated. These committees proceeded with restructurings as per normal banking practices.<\/p>\n

The investigation of the actions of these committees and their members is obviously
ongoing and will ultimately be ruled upon by the Greek judicial system.<\/p>\n

The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund and Ms Sakellariou continue their efforts to
ensure the stability of the Greek banking sector.<\/p>\n
