The Fund is managed by two distinct bodies: the three-member Executive Board and the nine-member General Council.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>The Fund is seeking to attract one Non-Executive member of the General Council to fill vacant position. The Selection Panel shall select and propose a short list of candidates to the Minister of Finance who will appoint the member of the General Council.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcement<\/strong><br \/>The purpose of this call for expression of interest is to attract candidates with the<br \/>appropriate profile. The term of the appointment will not exceed the 30th June 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>Candidates should meet the following criteria and conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> University degree, ideally in Finance or Economics. Executives with<br \/>professional qualifications in Accounting and Law will also be considered.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Languages:<\/strong> Excellent command of the English language.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Field of Expertise:<\/strong> The new member of the General Council shall be selected among persons with international experience in any of the following sectors: banking, audit, legal and regulatory matters.
