For these reasons, the HFSF having regard to the provisions of the establishing Law 3864\/2010 (the \u201cHFSF Law\u201d) and considering that the importance of their duties calls for the adoption of the highest standard of ethical conduct, has adopted a Code of Conduct, which provides guidance to and sets ethical conventions, standards and benchmarks. The HFSF personnel has the responsibility to contribute to the good governance of the Fund and to help maintain its reputation for integrity, and impartiality.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c55304 elementor-widget elementor-widget-ct_heading\" data-id=\"1c55304\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"ct_heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"ct-heading h-align-  sub-style1 ct-heading-left item-st-default\" data-wow-delay=\"ms\">\r\n\t    <h3 class=\"item--title st-default\">\r\n                <span>\r\n                        Whistle blowing                    <\/span>\r\n            <\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e593c43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e593c43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p>The HFSF has also introduced a whistle blowing procedure to enable all HFSF personnel to report their concerns in regard to information on any wrongdoing obtained in a work-related context they may encounter, according to the HFSF\u2019s Code of Conduct.
