Under HFSF Law 3864\/2010 (article 10, paragraph 2) the HFSF has the right to have one representative on each bank\u2019s board. The HFSF\u2019s Representatives are the Non-Executive Directors that are appointed by decision of the HFSF\u2019s General Council, to the BoD of each Bank and exercise the voting rights in the respective Board Committees on behalf of HFSF. Alpha Bank, has its headquarters in Athens (www.alpha.gr<\/a>). Alpha Bank and its subsidiaries offer a wide range of services including retail banking, corporate banking, asset management and private banking, insurance distribution, investment banking and brokerage, treasury, and real estate management. The Group is active in Greece, its principal market, and in most markets of South-eastern Europe (Cyprus, Romania and Albania), while it also maintains a presence in the United Kingdom and in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

The Bank\u2019s shares are listed in the Athens Stock Exchange since 1925, while nowadays, Bank\u2019s ordinary shares traded in Athens Stock Exchange amount to 1,374,525,214 with the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund holding the remaining 169,174,167 ordinary, registered, voting shares or percentage equal to 10.96% on the total of ordinary shares issued by the Bank.<\/p>\n

Alpha Bank and the HFSF have entered into a Relationship Framework Agreement (RFA) since 2013. Further to a share capital increase decided by the EGM in 2014, HFSF retained common shares with restricted voting rights representing 69.9% of the share capital of the Bank. Additionally, based on share capital increase decided by the EGM in 2015, HFSF retained common shares with restricted voting rights representing 11.01% of the share capital of the Bank. The RFA was amended on 23.11.2015.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
