Two (2) of them, including the Chief Executive Officer, are professionals with experience in international banking, or in matters relating to the resolution of credit institutions. \u00a0One of the members is nominated by the Bank of Greece. Furthermore, one of the three executive members is assigned the task of strengthening the role of the HFSF in facilitating the liquidation of Non-Performing Loans of the credit institutions in which
