Who we are
General Council
The General Council is a team of seven (7) non-executive members. Five (5) of these members, including the Chairman, are professionals with experience in international banking matters.
Executive Board
The Executive Board is a team of three (3) members. Two (2) of them, including the Chief Executive Officer, are professionals with experience in international banking, or in matters relating to the resolution of credit institutions.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee, which oversees the Internal Audit Function, is established by a decision of the General Council and composed of two (2) members of the General Council and one external expert of recognized standing and experience in auditing – accounting.
Selection Panel
The Selection Panel’s (Article 4A of Law 3864/2010) objective is to select the members of the Executive Board and the General Council of the HFSF, the appointment of which is confirmed by decision of the Minister of Finance.
