HFSF monitors closely the selection process of NBG’s new CEO, currently underway, in accordance to its institutional role as defined by the law.
The Fund expects by the Nomination Committee of the Bank a clear description of the
process and the activities of this Committee so far. Also, based upon this information, the
Governing Bodies of the HFSF will take a close look and provide their advice to the director
of the Board of the Bank.
